Can I have work done for multiple brands?

Absolutely. Our Brand Profiles make it easy to use and organize all your brand’s marketing materials. Upload files to a Brand Profile once, and you’ll never have to again, they attach right to your project brief.

Can I add other users to my account?

Our platform allows you to add as many additional users as you want and set account level permissions as needed.

Can I work with the same team member?

Yes! You’ll be matched with a dedicated creative team that gets to know your brand, voice, and preferences. No delays, no disruption. Need more hands on deck? Easily scale your teams output by upgrading to a plan with more daily hours.

How can AI Assist help me?

Our integrated AI features can help with idea generation, creative directions, and image generation. You can include as many AI generated directions or images as you’d like, and edit the results as needed to easily write any project brief.

Can I request more than one concept or format within a project?

We’re happy to deliver your final files in whatever format you want. Our briefs make it easy for you to specify which design versions you want and your dedicated creative team will make sure you receive everything you need. For example, we can present your project in multiple colors, sizes, or with different versions of the copy for you to split test!

How does the project queue work?

You can add as many projects as you like to your queue, and set priorities to ensure your most important work always moves forward. Each day, your dedicated creative team will use the available hours from your plan to work through your priorities. As long as your plan is active, your queue stays open and ready.

What happens if I need changes after I’ve closed my project?

If later down the road you decide you need some changes, you can easily reopen that project and keep working on it.

Can I interact directly with my team?

Absolutely! You can post messages to your team within the project brief, easily tag revisions directly on projects using our tag feature, or you can add your dedicated creative to Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Can I get on a call with my Production Coordinator to discuss things?

If your plan includes a Production Coordinator, they’re available to talk through any questions or concerns you may have. You can send them a message through Flocksy’s platform, or hop on a video call via Google Meet. They can also be added to Slack, Microsoft Teams or Monday.com.

Can my Dedicated Creative Team collaborate together?

If your project needs multiple asset types (copy, video, graphics, etc.), your dedicated creative team will collaborate across disciplines to deliver them. Within the same project, Team Members coordinate together, provide daily progress updates, and ensure everything comes together smoothly.

How do I leave feedback and communicate with my Team Members?

Thanks to our partnership with Frame.io, you can easily and quickly tag changes on videos directly, as well as on images! Plus, communicate directly with your creative team through the Flocksy platform or your dedicated Slack or Microsoft Teams channel to ask questions, adjust priorities, and keep everything aligned with your goals.

Can you help me create my brand guide?

We can do ALL of your branding at Flocksy, from logos to email banners and brand guides, we’ve got you covered! Need help with the brand guide brief? Our AI Assist can generate images and ideas!

What kind of support can your creative team provide beyond design and content?

In addition to design and content creation, our creative teams can help with social media posting and scheduling. We’ll ensure your content is consistently published across your channels so you can stay active and engaged with your audience without adding more to your plate.

How much work can I get done in a month?

What is the best way for me to share large video files?

You can upload any files you need directly to the project brief, or use links to other platforms like Google Drive, WeTransfer or Mega, for example.

How do I know how long a project will take?

When your creative team begins a project, they’ll provide a time estimate based on the scope and your plan’s daily hours. If anything needs clarification, they’ll ask right away to avoid delays. You’ll see updates as the project progresses, and if your plan includes a Production Coordinator, they’ll help prioritize your queue and optimize how hours are used.

Can we get work done in Indesign, Canva or Figma?

Yes! Your Team Members are experienced in working within a wide range of platforms including Canva, Figma, InDesign, and more, so we can deliver work in the tools your team already uses. Just let them know your preference in the brief, it’s all part of making collaboration seamless and on-brand.

Is there a limit to the number of changes I can request on a project?

No, all projects include unlimited revisions as long as you have an active subscription
